Having ZB Training Solutions provide in-person leadership development training either at your facility or at an off-site venue offers your workforce several benefits. An in-person leadership development program can minimize downtime, disruptions, and expense by scheduling an onsite training event. In-person training addresses skill gaps, just-in-time learning needs, and provides participants with the time and space to self-reflect and grow. The leader can also benchmark his or her leadership competencies against those of different industries and sectors. ZB Training Solutions training approach also provides participants with an experiential learning experience in integrates group exercises, self-reflection, role play, gamification, and embedded videos that offer participants the freedom to practice new behaviors in a psychologically safe environment. ZB Training Solutions on-site training is available as full day, half-day or custom time increments.

What’s Required for a Instructor-Led Training Session?
ZB Training Solutions Instructor-Led Trainings can be delivered for any class size. For organizations who want to improve employee communication, manage conflict, create an accountable organization, and build trust, we recommend class sizes of 10 to 20 participants. For larger groups of 25 participants or greater we offer our Virtual Webinar format.
